Plasma Cutting Torches & SPares
Model:SD-300TP-5, SD-500TP-5
Introduction:Mixed use of argon arc welding, pulse argon arc welding, manual argon arc welding, it has energy saving control circuit to exert the reliable operation. Anti-flush, small splash, fine moulding, easy slag release, strong anticorrosion, low carbonous
H.S CODE:8515800090
Model:SD-300TP-5, SD-500TP-5
Benefits:
* Improves weld quality through a stiffer more controllable arc
* Reduces cost through reduction in weld "cutting" defects
* Reduces welding times
* Narrower weld with greater penetration at any given electrical current setting
* More desirable Heat Affected Zone (HAZ)
* Reduces dependency on operator's skills
* Expands the capabilities for joining thicker materials with relatively low heat inputs.
The Ternary-Gas Plasma Arc Welding (TGPAW) torch functions by utilizing three gases: a primary inert plasma, a secondary inert plasma gas, and an inert shielding gas.
The Primary inert plasma is directed through the body of the welding torch and out of the body across the tip of a welding electrode disposed at the forward end of the body.
The Second plasma is disposed for flow through a longitudinal bore in the electrode. The thickness of metals (ferrous and non-ferrous) with less total heat
The Third inert plasma is "shield" that is directed through the torch body for circulating around the head of the torch adjacent to the
Hazard: Steel Plate cut by Handheld cutting torch is left with a rough uneven edge that must be ground to fit in place. This need to grind the edge results in exposure to hand arm vibration and the possibility of getting foreign bodies in the eyes.
Solution: A smooth edge can be cut in steel plate see plate on using numerical control plasma cutting machines. The resulting smooth edges minimize or eliminate the need to grind the edge smooth.
